KŌRA is intentionally small. Guests sit around a curved chef's counter, with the kitchen occupying the centre of the room. There is no backstage.
The menu begins at the same time for everyone and unfolds over roughly two and a half hours. The pace is deliberate, the service informal, the detail obsessive.
